Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on HiBid.com. Early bidding is now open.  You’re able to bid at any time until the closing time for each individual lot starting at 5 PM on TUESDAY Sept. 22nd, 2026 .  1 Lot will end Approx. every 30 Seconds. This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before a lot closes, the bidding on only that lot will be extended for 1 minute giving you a chance to bid again. This process continues until one person stops bidding or doesn’t bid before the time runs out.

Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age genuineness, authenticity, value or any other determinative factor. A&M Auctioneers and Appraisers, LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the phone, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Allen & Marshall Auctioneers and Appraisers, LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All State and Federal Firearms laws will be complied with. FFL will be on-site to process required paperwork.

FFL Note on Handgun Transfers in MD: Our FFL will process the Background checks on Handguns through the Maryland State Police. You will be required to make an appointment the week of Sept. 28th – Oct. 2nd 9 AM – 4 PM to fill out the necessary 4473 Form. You will need your application and Pin # from MSP and you must be at our facility when the paperwork is transmitted to MSP.

Required Gun Paperwork: All modern firearms will be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer, who will be onsite, to process the required paperwork to transfer the firearms. A transfer fee will be collected by the FFL dealer. Our FFL can transfer Modern Rifles/Shotguns to Residents of MD, DE, VA, WV & PA. If you live out of Maryland and purchase a pistol or banned firearm, the firearm(s) must be transferred to an FFL Dealer in your state to process the required paperwork. FFL dealers must bring an original signed copy of their FFL. MD Handgun purchasers must possess an HQL License. Maryland Regulated Firearm purchases are being completed online as or Jan. 1, 2017.

SPECIAL NOTE IF YOU’RE 18-21 YEARS OLD: The NICS Background check system is automatically delaying anyone between 18 and 21 years of Age. This delay offers the NICS staff to reach out to State and other Local Resources to do a thorough and comprehensive background check. This delay can last up to 10 Days. A&M Auctioneers has no control over this and will comply with Federal Law.

IDENTIFICATION: The NICS Background check system is paying special attention to your address. We have to verify that the address you provide on the 4473 matches the information on your drivers license. If the address doesn’t match, you must provide a Change of Address card issued by the DMV. If your address information doesn’t match or you don’t have the required Change of Address card, you can’t fill out the 4473.

If you are a MD Resident with an HQL please visit the MD State Police Website to fill out your paperwork. This paperwork can be filled out in advance of your purchase. You will need to provide the Application #/Pin # to our FFL. You must fill out and complete the Online 77R on the MD State Police website. The Application & Pin # information is sent to you in an Email when you complete the online submission. Bring a printed copy of Application #/Pin # Email to the Auction with you.

With the MSP system, the FFL pulls up your 77R information by the Application # that you provide. The FFL enters the handgun information into the FFL side of the MSP 77R program. The purchaser must be present at the time to verify the information you provided on the 77R Application is valid. We will make every attempt to facilitate this process during the auction. If we are extremely busy we may not have time to enter the information into the MSP system in which case you would need to come back to our Facility.  We will be Available by Appointment the week of May 4th – 8th between the hours of 9 am & 4 PM. 

If you submit the 77R info to MSP after the auction, please forward the email to jeff@amauctions.com. Again, you must be present at the A&M Auction Facility at the time we submit the Background check to MSP.  Questions can be addressed to the FFL Dealer, A&M Auctioneers, LLC at 410-835-0384. The 7 Day waiting period begins the day that we submit the background check information to MSP. We normally submit the paperwork daily the week following the auction as it arrives. You will receive an email from MSP letting you know the paperwork has been completed and you can return to the Auction Facility to finalize your paperwork. It’s normally 10-14 days after the Auction for an Application to be approved.

Pickup: We will be onsite at the Auction Facility on Friday Sept. 25th, 2026 from 12 Noon – 6 PM or the following week by Appointment. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. Items not picked or shipping arrangements made by Friday October 2nd, 2026 may be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.

Firearm Shipping: A&M Auctions will handle the shipping of Firearms & High Capacity Mags. Payment for the packing, materials, boxes, insurance, Signature Confirmation, handling & shipping of purchased lots is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Buyer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping. Shipping via US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS. Shipping fees must be paid prior to the items being shipped. Shipping charges may be billed separately from the items won at auction. It may be 10-14 days from the day the invoice for items won is charged & shipping charges are determined. IT SHOULD BE UNDERSTOOD SHIPPING HAS BECOME VERY EXPENSIVE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU CHOSE NOT TO HAVE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED. Shipping will not be available on some larger sized items. These items will be marked in the catalog. If you purchase an item marked with “shipping not available”, the buyer will be responsible for hiring a moving/freight company and pay all associated costs.

SHIPPING: A&M Auctioneers and Appraiser’s does not ship general auction merchandise, however shipping is available through one of three 3rd Party Shippers we utilize. They include the UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD/Delmar, DE & the Parcel Plus Store in Rehoboth Beach, DE.  Depending on how many require shipping we might send items to several different shippers. We can deliver the item(s) to a shipper for you. We deliver items once a week typically on Tue/Wed. You will pay the shipper directly for any and all costs associated with getting your items to you. Shipping has become very expensive. We have no control over the cost of shipping items. Please bid accordingly. We can’t provide you with shipping estimates. If you choose not to pay to have your items shipped you will be responsible for picking up your items from the shipper once they have been delivered. There may be large items in this auction that are not shippable and will require local pickup or for you to arrange a freight hauling/Professional moving service. SHIPPING NOTE FOR AMMUNITION, GUNPOWDER, PRIMERS & GUN PARTS: The Parcel Plus store in Rehoboth Beach, DE is the only store that that is willing to Ship Ammo, Gun Powder, Primers and most gun parts. The local UPS P/S Stores will not due to Franchise agreements.
