Auction Registration: Due to the type of items being sold and the Chance that Fraudulent bidders may attempt to Register we will be paying extra attention to the registration process. We would like everyone to be registered 24 hours prior to the Auction so that we have time to verify bidders accounts. Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on the A&M Auctioneers website. Early Pre-Bidding is Now Open! You will be able bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start @ 5 PM on 7 May, 2024. 1 lot will end Approx. every 45 seconds. This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. This will give you a chance to bid again. This process will continue until one person stops bidding or doesn’t bid before the time runs out.

Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site on Friday May 10th, 2024 from 4 PM – 6 PM or the following week by Appointment. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. We will have all items gathered when you arrive for the pickup. If you are picking up locally, are known to the Auction Co. & wish to pay with a credit card in person that is acceptable.
SHIPPING OF STAMPS/NON GOLD ITEMS: A&M Auctioneers and Appraiser’s does not ship general auction merchandise, however shipping is available through one of three 3rd Party Shippers we utilize. They include the UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD/Delmar, DE & the Parcel Plus Store in Rehoboth Beach, DE. We can transport items to a shipper for you for a fee. We deliver items once a week typically on Tue/Wed. You will pay the shipper directly for any and all costs associated with getting your items to you. Shipping has become very expensive. SHIPPING OF GOLD: Due to the quantity of Gold items in this sale the Auction Co. will also be responsible for the shipping of all Gold/High dollar items. We have had a few recent experiences with fraudulent bidding activity with Gold, Platinum & Jewelry Purchases. If we suspect any fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to hold these items until we can determine the validity of the purchase. In General, if you are unknown to the Auction Company and purchase an item in this category, we will require payment via Certified bank check or Wire Transfer prior to items being shipped. You will pay the shipper directly for any and all costs associated with getting your items to you. All items will be shipped with insurance to cover the purchase price.
