Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on the A&M Auctioneers website. Early Pre-Bidding is now open! You will be able to bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start on TUESDAY  June 23rd, 2026 Starting at 5 PM. 1 lot will end Approx. every 45 seconds. With 162 lots in the Auction it will take Approx. 2 hours for all the items to close. This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. This will give you a chance to bid again. This process will continue until one person stops bidding or doesn’t bid before the time runs out.

Ford Excursion: 2005 Ford Excursion, V10 gas motor, automatic trans, power windows and locks. Ironman All Country A/T LT265/75R16 Tires. VIN#1FMNU41S75ED42231 (Vehicle Starts and Runs. Has a blown transmission). Truck Did pass MD Inspection at Messicks’s in Salisbury at the end of January 2026. Auctioneers Note: Owner spent $1,836.27 at Clyde’s in Salisbury MD getting items fixed to pass inspection. Owner also put 4 New Tires on at Burnett White i Salisbury, MD at the cost of $745.  Owner had the Excursion at Pittsville Ford to look at replacing the Transmission. Would have been $4,300 for the transmission not including the installation.

Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age genuineness, authenticity, value or any other determinative factor. Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site in Parsonsburg, MD on FRIDAY June 26th, 2026 from 9 AM – 2 PM.  This is the only time the Auction Co. is Scheduled to be onsite at the property for Pickup. Unless prior arrangements are made prior to the Pickup Date, Items not picked up by 2 PM on FRIDAY June 26th, 2026 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Co. And/Or Property owner. If you unable to attend the Auction pickup you must designate a person to pick your items up for you. Buyer is responsible for the following requirements. #1: Buyer is responsible for removing all items from the Property. #2: Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower required to move your items from the home to your vehicle #3: Buyer is Responsible for bringing any tools, boxes, tape, wrapping paper, Bubble wrap, blankets, Straps, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. The items that you purchased will be situated in the home as they were photographed at the time of the cataloging. You will be responsible for any boxing that is required to move/load your items. #4: Buyer is responsible for verifying that you have all of your items before leaving the property.

SHIPPING: NO Shipping will be available by the Auction Co. for items in this Auction. Most of the items being sold are very large and are not shippable via traditional means. If you need assistance in moving large items you will be required to hire a mover with the Skill and Know How to safely disassemble and move said items. Our staff will be onsite to provide access to the building and show you to your purchases. They will not be available to provide moving assistance. A&M Auctioneers and Appraiser’s does not ship general auction merchandise, however shipping is available for smaller sized items through one of four 3rd Party Shippers we typically utilize. They include the UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD/Delmar, DE & the Parcel Plus Store in Rehoboth Beach, DE & Craters & Freighters of Baltimore. We can transport items back to our facility from the Auction Pickup site and then deliver the item(s) to a shipper for you for a fee. We deliver items once a week typically on Tue/Wed. You will pay the shipper directly for any and all costs associated with getting your items to you. Shipping has become very expensive. We have no control over the cost of shipping items. Please bid accordingly. We can’t provide you with shipping estimates. There may be large items in this auction that are not shippable by regular means and will require local pickup or for you to arrange a freight hauling/Professional moving service.
