Turn left onto S. Schumaker Dr. and follow for 0.7 miles to 1st Building on the left. Unit 1101. The unit is on the Basement level on the back right of the building. This building has secured access and is not open to the Public. Do not attempt to enter the Building/unit prior to the Auction Pickup Day. Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on the A&M Auctioneers website. Early Pre-Bidding is now open! You will be able to bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start on THURSDAY November 13th, 2025 Starting at 5 PM. 1 lot will end Approx. every 45 seconds. This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. This will give you a chance to bid again. This process will continue until one person stops bidding or doesn’t bid before the time runs out.

Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age genuineness, authenticity, value or any other determinative factor. Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site in Salisbury, MD on Saturday November 15th, 2025 from 9 AM – 12 Noon.  This is the only time the Auction Co. will be onsite at the home for Pickup. This Auction Site is 31 miles from our Auction Facility. Items not picked up by 12 Noon on Saturday November 22nd, 2025 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Co. And/Or Property owner. If you unable to attend the Auction pickup you must designate a person to pick your items up for you. Buyer is responsible for the following requirements. #1: Buyer is responsible for removing all items from the Property. The A&M Auction Staff will not be able to move your items out of the unit, down the hall, up the elevator, out into the lobby and outside to your vehicle. #2: Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower required to move your items from the unit to your vehicle #3: Buyer is Responsible for bringing any tools, boxes, tape, wrapping paper, Bubble wrap, blankets, Straps, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. The items that you purchased will be situated in the home as they were photographed at the time of the cataloging. You will be responsible for any boxing that is required to move/load your items. #4: Buyer is responsible for verifying that you have all of your items before leaving the property. Once we leave the Auction Site anything left behind is considered abandoned.

SHIPPING: A&M Auctioneers and Appraiser’s does not ship general auction merchandise, however shipping is available through one of four 3rd Party Shippers we typically utilize. They include the UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD/Delmar, DE & the Parcel Plus Store in Rehoboth Beach, DE & Craters & Freighters of Baltimore. We can transport items back to our facility from the Auction Pickup site and then deliver the item(s) to a shipper for you for a fee. We deliver items once a week typically on Tue/Wed. You will pay the shipper directly for any and all costs associated with getting your items to you. Shipping has become very expensive. We have no control over the cost of shipping items. Please bid accordingly. We can’t provide you with shipping estimates. There may be large items in this auction that are not shippable by regular means and will require local pickup or for you to arrange a freight hauling/Professional moving service.
