Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on the A&M Auctioneers website. Early Pre-Bidding will open soon! You will be able to bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start on Wednesday Jan. 21st, 2026 at 5 PM. 1 lot will end Approx. every 45 seconds. This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. This will give you a chance to bid again. This process will continue until one person stops bidding or doesn’t bid before the time runs out.

Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site in Salisbury, MD on Saturday January 24th, 2026 from 9 AM – 12 Noon. This is the only time the Auction Co. will be onsite at the home for Pickup. Items not picked up by 12 Noon on Saturday January 24th, 2026 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Co. And/Or Property owner. Those unable to attend the Auction pickup must designate someone to pick-up items. Buyer is responsible for the following requirements. #1: Buyer is responsible for removing all items from the Property. #2 Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower to move items from the home #3 Buyer is Responsible for bringing any tools, boxes, tape, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, blankets, straps, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove items from the property. Items you purchased will be situated in the home as they were photographed at the time of the cataloging. Winning bidders will be responsible for any boxing required. #4: Buyer is responsible for all items being received before leaving the property.
SHIPPING: A&M Auctioneers and Appraiser’s does not ship general auction merchandise, however shipping is available through one of four 3rd Party Shippers we typically utilize. They include the UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD/Delmar, DE & the Parcel Plus Store in Rehoboth Beach, DE & Craters & Freighters of Baltimore. We can transport items back to our facility from the Auction Pickup site and then deliver the item(s) to a shipper for you for a fee. We deliver items once a week typically on Tue/Wed. You will pay the shipper directly for any and all costs associated with getting your items to you. Shipping has become very expensive. We have no control over the cost of shipping items. Please bid accordingly. We can’t provide you with shipping estimates. If you choose not to have your items shipped you are responsible for picking the items up from the shipper once they have been delivered. All sales are final. There will be no cancellations, refunds or chargebacks if you choose not to have your items shipped. There are large items in this auction that are not shippable by regular means and will require local pickup or for you to arrange a freight hauling/Professional moving service. Personal Property Preview: Auction Co. will be onsite at the home on Monday January 19th, 2026 from 4 – 5 PM. The public is invited to preview the items being auctioned during that time frame.
