AUCTIONEERS NOTE ABOUT AUCTION REGISTRATION: Onsite registration will be available starting at Approx. 8 AM on Friday Sept. 21st, 2018 at the A&M Registration trailer. The registration trailer will be located directly behind our building in the Gravel lot. You must bring valid State Issued identification in order to register. Currently 41 of the 44 items in the Auction are owned by a Secured Party. You must fill out the “Know your Buyer Questionnaire” form and have that form approved by the secured party to receive a bid card to bid on those items. This form must be filled out regardless of the way that you intend to pay. The Secured Party wants to Approve all potential bidders prior to the auction. This process will take a matter of days. Please take the time and fill out this form and return it to us as soon as possible. We will forward the forms to the Secured Party for their approval. We have been notified that we can’t provide a Bid Card at registration to a potential buyer who has not been pre-approved by the secured party. The Secured Party and their Legal Counsel will have a representative onsite on the day of the Auction.
You will be able to register for the Auction Online. All Bids that you place will be set to pending until the “Know your buyer questionnaire” has been filled out by you and returned to the Auction Co. We will forward the form to the Secured Party for their approval. Once we have received an approval for your registration by the Secured Party we will approve your pending bids.

Online Bidding: This will be a LIVE Auction conducted at the A&M Auction Facility at 8000 Esham Road, Parsonsburg, MD 21849 on Friday Sept. 21st, 2018 starting at 9:32 AM. Live Online Webcast Bidding will be offered via HiBid and can be accessed on the A&M Auctioneers website. Early Pre-Bidding will open soon! You can bid at any time up until each items comes up onto the Auction Block and is sold. This will be a Live Auction conducted at the A&M Auction Facility. With 50 lots the Auction will take just under 1 hour +/- to finish.

It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age genuineness, authenticity, value or any other determinative factor. Pick Up Date: Items must be removed from the auction site when cleared by the Secured Party but no later than Friday September 28th, 2018. NO EXEPTIONS. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. A&M Auctioneers and Appraiser’s does not ship items. If you require shipping the buyer will be responsible for contracting with a chipper to move your items. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools and equipment needed to remove your items from the property. Items not picked up by 5PM on Friday September 28th, 2018 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.
Personal Property Preview #1: We will be conducting a Special Preview on Thursday 9/13/18 from 3-5 PM. The emphasis of this preview will be to assist anyone that may require assistance in filling out and submitting the “Know Your Buyer Questionnaire” that must be filled out and approved prior to the auction. This will provide a weeks time for the forms to be submitted and approved.
