Auction Note: Food will be served by the Westville Volunteer Fire Department. The Auction will be conducted under a tent on the Cherrystone Inlet side of the home. Our Auction Registration Trailer will be in front of the Garage. We will have staff onsite to assist with parking.

Preview: Monday Evening July 1st from 4 PM – 7 PM! There will be no Preview on Friday July 5th as the Auction is Online Only. Registration and Preview will start at 8 AM on Saturday July 6th for the live Auction starting at 9 AM. You must bring Valid State Issued Photo Identification/Drivers License to Register at the Auction.  There are 4,800 Photos Available on the Auction Co. Website.

Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site on Saturday July 6th, 2019 from 9 AM – 5 PM. We will also have limited staff available onsite for pickup on Sunday July 7th from 9 AM – 12 Noon. NO EXCEPTIONS. Time is of the essence. The home is under contract and the Real Estate will be settling at the beginning of the week after the Auction. Anything that is not picked up or left at the Auction Site will be considered abandoned and will convey with the sale of the property.  Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. A&M Auctioneers staff will be onsite to provide access to purchased items but you will need to bring your own labor to move your purchased items. If you can’t pick your items up during the time scheduled, you are responsible for designating someone to pick your items up for you during the scheduled time.

Shipping/Return of items to Our Facility: If you are unable to pick your items up at the Auction Site the items could be returned to our Auction Facility or be delivered to a Shipper. A&M Auctioneers does not ship items. However, shipping is available through either a UPS or Fedex local pack and ship store that are both located in Salisbury MD near our Auction Facility. This will require that we load and transport your items back to our Auction Facility which is Approx. 100 Miles from the Auction Site. There will be a charge to cover out time and expenses to do this. It should be understood that this type of shipping can be very expensive. A&M Auctions has no affiliation with either Shipping Company and has no control over the Shipping/Handling costs required to ship the items to you. Items that returned need to have pickup/shipping arrangements made within 10 days of the Auction. Items not picked up or shipping arrangements made will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company. As an Alternative there are Several UPS & Fedex Pack & Ship locations located in Virginia Beach, VA area. It would be approx. a 80 mile round trip for them to come to the Auction site and pick your items up and then return the items to their respective stores
