Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on the Allen & Marshall website. Early Pre-Bidding opened on Wed. June 22nd. You will be able to bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start at 5 PM on Wed. July 20th, 2016. 1 lot will end Approx. every 60 seconds. This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. Pick Up Date: There will be no Shipping available. Items must be picked up at the Auction Site on Saturday July 23rd from 9 AM-12 Noon. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.
Personal Property Preview: Two open house preview days will be held on 7/13 5-7 PM and 7/16 from 9AM-11AM
