NOTICE TO BIDDERS: This is a two-session auction sale. The first Auction was held February 20th, 2019 for the Estate Car, Tractors/Lawn Mowers.

ALTERNATE DIRECTIONS: DUE TO ROAD & BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION RT 213 AND SEVERAL ROADS IN CENTERVILLE ARE A MESS. PLEASE FOLLOW THE UPDATED DIRECTIONS TO AVOID 213 AND THE LOCAL ROADS THAT ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION. At the Intersection of Rt. 301 and Rt. 213, Approx. 5 miles to the North East of the Rt. 50/301 Split, continue on RT 301 East for a further 2.7 miles to MD-304. Exit off Rt. 301 to the right and follow to the Round-a-bout. Go through the Round-a-bout and exit at the 3rd exit onto Rt. 304 West. Cross overtop of Rt. 301 and follow to 2nd Round-a-bout. Stay straight on Rt. 304 and follow for 2.3 miles to Banjo Lane. Turn right onto Banjo land and follow for 0.2 miles to Turpin Lane. Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on the A&M Auctioneers website. Early Pre-Bidding will open soon! Once uploaded you will be able to bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start at 5 PM on Wednesday June 13th, 2019. 1 lot will end Approx. every 45 seconds. This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. This will give you a chance to bid again. This process will continue until one person stops bidding or doesn’t bid before the time runs out.

Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site on SATURDAY June 15th, 2019 from 4 PM – 7 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is the only time that we are scheduled to be onsite for pickup. The Real Estate is going to settlement on Monday the 17th. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. A&M Auctioneers and Appraiser’s does not ship items, however shipping is available through the UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD or a shipper of buyer’s choice. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. Items not picked up by 7 PM on Saturday June 15th, 2019 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.
