Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site on FRIDAY May 18th from 5pm-8pm. NO EXEPTIONS. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Allen & Marshall Auctioneers and Appraiser’s does not ship items, however shipping is available through the UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD or a shipper of buyer’s choice. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. The home is going to settlement first thing Monday morning. Items not picked up by 8pm on Friday May 19th will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.
