Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, Boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.

Personal Property Preview: Two open house preview days will be held on Wednesday March 2nd from 5pm-6pm at 402 Park Ave and 6:15 PM-7 PM at 1619 North Division Street, and a second preview day will be held on Saturday March 5th from 9 AM-10:45 AM at 402 Park Ave, and 11 AM-12 noon at 1619 North Division Street.
