Online Bidding

Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on the Allen & Marshall website. Early Pre-Bidding will open on or around the 7th of October. You will be able to bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start at 5 PM on Wednesday November 9th, 2016. 1 lot will end Approx. every 30 seconds (2 per minute). This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. This will give you a chance to bid again. This process will continue until one person stops bidding or doesn’t bid before the time runs out.

Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site on Saturday November 12th, 2016 from 9am-12 noon. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. Shipping is available through the local UPS pack and ship store. We will have staff onsite to assist in finding your items. You will need to bring the manpower to move your items. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.
