Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on Proxibid. Bidding will open Approx. 25-30 days prior to the closing of the auction. You can bid at any time once the catalog is uploaded up until the closing time for each individual items which will start at 5 PM on Wed. Nov. 11th, 2015. This Auction will feature a soft closing. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, Boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.

Shipping: For those needing shipping. We have contacted The Print and Ship Place (Pack and Ship Business) located in Easton, MD (Approx. 15 miles from the Auction Site) They are willing to pickup purchased items, return them to their facility and handle the packing and shipping for you. They can handle small to large items via various shippers up to and including freight sized items. The auction Co. has no control over the pricing. You will be responsible for engaging their services and paying them directly for the service they provide you.
