The Auction has been uploaded. With this system you can bid LIVE via computer during the Auction until each lot is scheduled to close! The 1st lot will close at 5 PM. Then 1 lot will close each minute until all of the cataloged items have been sold. With 125 lots in the Auction it will take Approx. 2 hours for the auction to conclude. If someone bids on an item within the last minute before it is scheduled to close two extra minutes will be added onto that lots closing time.

Preview: Friday April 21st, 2017 from 4 PM-7 PM, and the other Saturday April 22nd, 2017 from 9 AM-12 Noon. These are the two dates that we will be onsite for Preview. We are being provided access by the Leasing Co. on these dates and these dates only.
Pick Up Dates: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site on Thursday April 27th from 12 noon to 5 pm and Friday April 28th from 9am- 12 noon. Time is of the essence removing the equipment as the lease is up on the unit. Buyer is responsible for removing all items in a timely manner. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. We will have staff onsite to assist in finding your items but they will not be available for loading your items. If you can’t pick your items up during the time scheduled, you are responsible for designating someone to pick your items up for you during the scheduled time. Allen & Marshall Auctioneers does not ship items. However, shipping is available through the local UPS pack and ship store in Baltimore or Cockeysville, MD. If you require shipment of your items you will be required to Contact your desired shipper and arrange for them to pick the items up on the scheduled pickup dates. Auction is subject to additions and/or deletions. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned. There will be no refunds issued and items will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.
