No. 1918, Folio 241, default having occurred under the terms thereof, the holder of the indebtedness secured by the Mortgage having assigned said Mortgage to the Assignee for the purpose of foreclosure by Assignment of Mortgage, dated March 25, 2011, and recorded among the Land Records of Talbot County, Maryland, in Liber M.A.S. No. 1886, Folio 078, and by Confirmatory Assignment of Mortgage, dated March 6, 2012, and recorded among the Land Records of Talbot County, Maryland, in Liber M.A.S.
