Sealed Bid Auction Terms: NO Buyers Premium. The minimum bid shall be $15.00 per share. The stock shares will be sold in (20) share increments with no exceptions. All bids must be received in the offices of Allen & Marshall Auctioneers and Appraisers, LLC. on or before 5 PM Friday, July 26th, 2013. Bids arriving after said date and time will not be recognized in the bid opening. Eligible bids will be promptly opened at 5:30 PM Friday, July 26th, 2013. All stock shares will be submitted for transfer on Monday August 5th, 2013 to HEBRON SAVINGS BANK.
