COVID-19/Auctioneers Note:    This home has been sold and has gone to settlement. The new home owners are moving in the 1st Week in May. All of the antiques and personal property in the home must be sold regardless of price and removed from the home on Saturday May 2nd, 2020. Due to Covid-19 Virus that is affecting our area we are enacting special Preview and Pickup Guidelines to promote Social Distancing. A 3 Hour preview will be conducted on Monday the 27th of April from 4-7 PM. We are asking that only one person per family enter the home. We are asking that you limit contact with items in the home to prevent potential spread. We also would like you to bring a mask/face covering of some sort. We will not allow more than 10 people in the home at one time. In order to allow as many people to view the items inside the home if needed we will limit an individuals time in the home to 15 minutes.  PLEASE VIEW THE BOTTOM OF THE AD FOR INFORMATION ABOUT THE PICKUP.

Online Bidding

Online Bidding: This is an Online Only Auction held on the A&M Auctioneers website. Early Pre-Bidding is open!  You will be able bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start at 5 PM on FRIDAY MAY 1st, 2020. 1 lot will end Approx. every 45 seconds. This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. This will give you a chance to bid again. This process will continue until one person stops bidding or doesn’t bid before the time runs out.

Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site on SATURDAY May 2nd, 2020 from 9 AM – 3 PM NOON. NO EXCEPTIONS. THE NEW OWNERS ARE MOVING IN ON SUNDAY THE 3RD. We are adding an extra 3 hours to the pickup time to promote social distancing. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property.  Items not picked up by 3 PM on Saturday May 2nd, 2020 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company. When we leave the property on Saturday all items will have either been picked up or disposed of.

In addition to further promote social distancing we will limit access to the home. We will attempt to remove items for you and bring them to a table outside so that you may pack them. We will also have a signup sheet for 15 minute blocks of time with a limit of 8-10 buyers at the home in any given half hour time frame. If more than 10 arrive at one time it will become first come first served and those who arrive late will have to wait.
