SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEES’ SALE OF 29 PLATTED RESIDENTIAL VILLA-TOWNHOME LOTS LOCATED IN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS LAKELANDS AT EASTON – BLOCK C

Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in an Indemnity Deed of Trust and Security Agreement, dated October 7, 2007 (the “Deed of Trust”), executed and delivered by Easton Investments I, Inc. and Easton Investments II, Inc. to the trustees named therein for the benefit of the holder of the indebtedness and its successors and assigns (the “Noteholder”) and recorded among the Land Records of Talbot County, Maryland, in Liber 1577, folio 320, as effected by a Corporate Assignment of Mortgage/Deed of Trust, dated January 7, 2010, recorded among the Land records of Talbot County, Maryland, in Liber 1765, folio 173, the Noteholder having subsequently appointed Louis J. Ebert, Esq. and Bob Van Galoubandi, Esq. (collectively, the “Trustees”), as substitute trustees under the Deed of Trust pursuant to a Deed of Appointment of Substitute Trustees, dated March 13, 2014, duly executed, acknowledged, and recorded among the Land Records of Talbot County, Maryland, in Liber 2162, folio 206, default having occurred under the terms of said Deed of Trust and at the request of the Noteholder, the Trustees will offer for sale to the highest qualified bidder at a public auction, on the steps of the Circuit Court for Talbot County, Maryland, 11 North Washington Street, Easton, Maryland 21601, on:
