Firearm Transfer Information: All required Local, State & Federal laws will be adhered to in transferring any and all firearms in the auction sale. The firearms being sold belong to an Estate and have remained in the possession of the Estate. We can handout any Black Powder, Antique or Modern Long gun without completing a Federal Call in Background check. To be handed a Modern Long Gun you must be a Maryland Resident. All handguns purchases or long gun purchases to Non Maryland Residents must completed through an FFL Dealer of your choice. For our protection we will be filling out a modified Form 4473 Firearms Transfer Record to maintain on file with the Auction Co. for all modern rifles sold. For Long Gun purchasers not from Maryland our FFL is willing to transfer Long Guns for $25 each. The firearms would need to be returned to our Building and the paperwork completed there. Buyer will be responsible for any Shipping/Delivery fee’s to send a gun to your FFL. Our FFL is not currently doing MD State Police Paperwork for Handguns. It should be understood that MD Residents must attain and possess a Handgun Qualification License to fill out paperwork on a Handgun.
