FFL dealers must bring an original signed copy of their FFL. Questions can be addressed to the FFL Dealer, Jeff @ Smitty’s Gun Shop, LLC at 410-835-0371/0384. Contact Auction Co or view website for complete details.

Required Gun Paperwork for Regulated Firearms: All firearms listed as REGULATED in the Catalog will need to be transferred to an FFL/MD State Regulated Firearms Dealer if you are a Maryland Resident or an FFL if you are a resident of any other state to process the required paperwork. Our FFL License holder is a MD State Regulated Firearms Dealer but has chosen not to process paperwork through the Maryland State Police at this Time. For a $10 transfer Fee + the cost of shipping our FFL will either ship or hand deliver your REGULATED to a Dealer of your choice. The choice of whether to ship or deliver will be at the discretion of our FFL. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will provide a list of willing local FFL Dealers that will perform transfers. Questions can be addressed to our FFL Dealer, Jeff @ Smitty’s Gun Shop, LLC at 410-835-0371/0384.

Maryland Banned Firearms: Due to recent changes in Maryland’s Firearm Laws some firearms in the Auction are banned for sale in the State of Maryland. Those firearms will be Noted that way in the catalog as they are not transferable to Residents of Maryland and can only be transferred out of state to a resident who lives in a jurisdiction where they are able to legally purchase that type of firearm.

HQL – Handgun Qualification License for MD Residents: NOTICE TO MARYLAND RESIDENTS WHO INTENTD TO PURCHASE A HANDGUN/REGULATED FIREARM.
