Order of the Auction: The 175 acre farm will be sold in 4 parcels & combined. Parcels will be sold in order by the Parcel # listed above. We will sell Parcel #’s 1-4 reserving the bid price at the high bid for each parcel. We will then combine Parcels 2-4 and offer the 3 lots together as a package. At the high bid we will reserve the price of the package. If a higher bid is attained as a package the Auction Co. reserves the right to resell the parcels individually and reserve the bid price for each parcel. NOTE: The Auction Co. Reserves the right to sell the lots individually or as a combination and reserve the bids each time until competitive bidding is exhausted. Finally Parcel #1 will be offered via live auction one final time. This way the individual purchasers, combination purchaser or new bidders will have the one additional chance to buy a parcel. The owners of “Parcel 1” have expressed their desire to sell but do have the right to accept or reject the final bid.

Parcel 2-4 Contracts & Ratification: At the conclusion of competitive bidding the Trustee’s have the right to accept or reject any and all bids on Parcels 2-4.  If an acceptable bid is reached and the high bid is accepted by the Trustee’s for the Circuit Court, an Auction Contract(s) will be filled out for each parcel that has sold.
