Early Pre-Bidding will open soon!  Once the bidding is open you can bid at any time up until the closing time for each individual items which will start at 5 PM on Thursday Nov. 19th, 2020. 1 lot will end Approx. every 45 seconds. This Auction will feature a soft closing. If someone bids in the last minute before an item closes the bidding on that item only will be extended for 1 minute. Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site on Sunday November 22nd from 12 Noon – 3 PM.  Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Allen & Marshall Auctioneers and Appraiser’s does not ship items, however shipping is available through the UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD or a shipper of buyer’s choice. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. Items not picked up by 3 PM on Sunday November 22nd, 2020 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.
